A: With one process that's costing your team more time than it should. We map how it runs today, agree what a good outcome looks like, and only then decide what to build.

A: We don't publish prices. The first conversation works out whether the thing you're asking for is worth building at all. Any number before that would be a guess. Once the scope is agreed you get a fixed price, before any work starts, and it doesn't move.

A: Weeks, for a first version you can put to real work. We show progress every week from day one, so you always know where things stand.
